Both partners, Mari Bush and Bruce Kaye, are experienced in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, including mediation and arbitration. Both successfully completed the 40-hour training offered by the Colorado Bar Association in mediation.  In the past 20+ years, Mari Bush has represented individuals and families in administrative hearings under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
